Dr. Robert Pretli

Here at RCP Eyecare we are committed to two guiding principles, to provide outstanding customer service and extraordinary patient care. Dr. Pretli graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2001 and has had the privilege to practice in both California and Michigan before moving to Texas. Our eyecare practice offers state of the art refractive services as well as Optos Retinal Imaging technology all in the name of offering extraordinary patient care. We practice with industry leading Electronic Medical Records and offer the convenience of online appointment scheduling to help provide outstanding customer service. But most important its the people that you will work with. Our staff is committed to providing that convenient, trusted, experience that you can be comfortable bringing your family to.

Dr. Jessica Jackson

Dr. Jessica Jackson grew up in Minnesota and got her Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of North Dakota. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry.Dr. Jackson enjoys offering full comprehensive eye exams for ages 5 and up, contact lens fittings, and diabetic eye exams. She loves getting to know her patients and their families.Dr. Jackson is excited to be in San Antonio after spending many years overseas for her husband’s military career. She spends her down time reading, crafting of all kinds, and going on adventures with her family.
Dr. Kaitlin Siojo

Dr. Kaitlin Siojo earned her optometry degree from the University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry, graduating with Cum Laude. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. During her time in school, she gained experience rotating through a wide variety of specialty clinics. She spent time in Plano, Texas at a practice focusing on neuro-optometric rehabilitation and pediatric eye care. Following that, she was at Fort Sam Houston providing care for active and retired military focusing on primary care and management of ocular diseases. Kaitlin was born and raised in San Antonio and is excited to be practicing in the community she grew up in. In her free time she likes to travel, run, and spend time with her dog Bailey.
Dr. Fatme Elsayed

Dr. Fatme Elsayed completed her Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. She graduated from the University of Michigan where she received a Bachelors of Science in Biology and Psychology.
Dr. Elsayed feels passionate about providing the best quality care to her patients and being a productive member of the community.
She is an avid coffee lover and always on the search for a new cafe and brew! In her free time, she is starting to dabble into photography to captures life’s smallest and most beautiful moments.
Dr. Jeffrey Draper
Quarry Village
Dr. Draper completed his optometry degree from the University of the
Incarnate Word’s Rosenberg School of Optometry. Born and raised in
Raleigh, North Carolina, Dr. Draper received his bachelors in science in
Environmental studies and Chemistry minor at the University of North
Carolina at Wilmington in 2007. Dr. Draper has experience practicing in
both private practice optometry and corporate settings since 2015. His
office provides routine vision care, medical eye exams, diabetic eye
exams, contact lens fittings, and Optomap retinal imaging. Dr. Draper
is proud to provide compassionate eye care to San Antonio. His major
interests are in contact lenses, ocular pathology and refractive
surgery.
In his spare time, Dr. Draper enjoys jogging, traveling, volunteering,
sports, and spending time with family.
Dr. Alexandria Valverde

Dr. Alexandria Valverde was born and raised in Southern California and attended California State University of Fullerton where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to further her education and become an Optometrist at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry. Her passion for Optometry has allowed her to gain the skill set to provide proficient services related to red eye, dry eyes, ocular allergies, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and other eye related conditions. In her spare time, Dr. Valverde likes to read, play tennis, try new restaurants, and travel with friends and family.
Dr. Stephanie Skidmore

Dr. Stephanie Skidmore was raised in Southern California where she attended an early college high school and received both her high school diploma and associate's degree simultaneously in 2013. She then received her Bachelor’s in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at San Francisco State University in 2016. In 2018, Dr. Skidmore moved to San Antonio. She then began schooling to earn her Doctorate of Optometry at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry, which was completed in the spring of 2022. She has gained experience in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease in a variety of clinical settings and is very passionate about providing her patients with quality eye care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys watching movies, exploring new places, learning about history, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Warda Riaz

Being born and raised in San Antonio, Dr. Warda Riaz has always known that San Antonio would be her forever home. A proud native Texan, Dr. Riaz attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then furthered her education at the University of the Incarnate Word- Rosenberg School of Optometry, located here in the Alamo city. During the last year of her 4 year optometric training, she completed externships at Fort Sam Houston and at a local private practice. Although each site cared for different subsets of patients, both modalities allowed Dr. Riaz to focus on treating dry eyes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. She also enjoys fitting contact lenses and participating in the co-management of LASIK, cataracts, and other various surgical procedures.
Dr. Riaz is certified by the National Board of Examiners of Optometry and is licensed to practice in the great state of Texas, by the Texas Optometry Board. Her passion for treating eye related diseases and preserving her patients’ vision led her to earn the Therapeutic Optometric license as well as the Optometric Glaucoma Specialist designation.
Dr. Cody Lee

Dr. Cody Lee was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He earned his Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin and his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry, where he focused on myopia management, pediatrics, glaucoma and primary care, interning at multiple private practices and at the Albuquerque Indian Health Service. Dr. Lee provides comprehensive eye exams for ages 3 and up, soft contact lens fitting, and medical and diabetic exams.
In his spare time, Dr. Lee enjoys basketball (Go Spurs Go!), reading and spending time with his family.
Dr. Dung Le

Dr. Dung Viet Le was born and raised in Vietnam. Before coming to the United States with his family, he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2013. Starting his new life in America, he recognized his passion for serving the community as an eye care professional. He studied Biology at The University of Texas at San Antonio and then completed his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry.
San Antonio has been Dr. Le’s home since he moved to the US. He is proud to be a Texan and pleased to serve Texans. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, travelling as well as exploring different cultures, history, and foods from all around the world..
